Kits for creating solar power panels include everything essential to develop a panel associated with a size. Before purchasing a package, its wise to evaluate the energy needs of the home these sections is going to be positioned on. Each panel is capable of doing supporting some energy needs.

How big the panel determines the quantity of energy with the ability to convert. For example, an individual cant be prepared to run a whole two-story home full of home appliances with one small panel.

You will need the solar panels, plexiglass, plus some plywood. Many other materials needed include plastic, container wire, rosin flux pen, volt meter, Ultra violet protector, and solder.

Im assuming you mean a 5 kW kit?

That is not a project to be taken lightly. For most people, the best course is to contact a professional installer. If you truly want to pursue a DIY (do-it-yourself) install, you will need to do a lot of research on the internet, and elsewhere. No Yahoo Answer will give you enough information to do it. A start would be to Google "photovoltaic documentary" and see what comes up.

If a typical home uses 385kWh of electricity per month, how many square meters of solar cells would be require?

In a sunny location, sunlight has a power density of about 1kW/m^2. Photovoltaic solar cells can convert this power into electricity with 16% efficiency.

The Earth4Energy kit suggests one of those popular alternative energy devices that prove to drop home energy costs by 50-80%. The kit also shares information on where to purchase free batteries required for your project. These batteries store the alternative energy making it a portable energy resource. You can take them anywhere, for any use!
